Measures taken, dedicated to the Day of the Protection of Children:

"Operation Save Lives" an action prepared together with the Slavic Union of Youth and other youth organizations of the city.

Contest of creative works. Conducted in schools, higher educational institutions, and youth organizations of St. Petersburg. The main theme is family happiness, and the birth and education of children.

Basic directions of our activity:

I. Preservation of the life of children who are living in their mother's womb.

We are committed to protect pregnancy, and assist during pregnancy and afterwards in educating the child who has been saved.

II. Informational-educational and lecture activity

  • We disseminate information about the fact that a person's life begins at the moment of conception, and already at the earliest stages of pregnancy in the mother's womb, there is a living human being, her own baby.
  • We provide information on the destructive influence on the physical, spiritual, and moral health of a woman and all of society as a whole from the murder of an unborn child.
  • We teach respect for the spiritual and moral traditions of our Homeland: the value of a family, preservation of chastity before marriage and faithfulness in family life, ability to preserve the family and educate children, and the joy of motherhood, fatherhood, and many childrfedn.
  • We devote special attention to work with youth.

Regarding these questions, we can present (or send) written, audio- and video-materials, lead discussions, prepare lecturers, set up displays, show films, and provide free material for dictribution.

We also have materials on the reasons for the demographic crisis in Russia, the intrauterine development of the child, the dangers and consequences of abortion and contraceptives, the ethics and psychology of family life, the pernicious influence on youngsters of "sex education", advertising, and computer games, and about AIDS, narcotics, and smoking.
